Manolis is geboren op Kreta en woont nu al ruim 23 jaar in Nederland. Hij zit al meer dan 20 jaar in de restaurantbusiness en combineert graag gerechten uit verschillende landen, om zo het o zo geliefde ‘’FUSION FOOD’’ te creëren. Als een echte Griek maakt Manolis onvergetelijke sauzen waar je uiteindelijk met je brood in eindigt, omdat het te lekker is om te laten staan!

Helen is geboren in Zuid-Afrika waar zij 30 jaar heeft gewoond. Zij is opgegroeid in een familiebedrijf bestaande uit een bakkerij en een pizzeria en heeft jaren voor een restaurantmagnaat gewerkt. Helen past als een echte Zuid-Afrikaanse in elke keuken thuis, zolang er maar vrienden aan de tafel zitten en de wijn ontkurkt is!

Manolis was born in Crete and has lived in Holland now for 23 years. He has been in the restaurant business for more than 20 years and enjoys combining foods from various nationalities to create fusion food with a twist. As a true Greek, Manoli loves creating unforgettable sauces that you end up dipping your bread in, because it’s just to tasty to leave behind.

Helen was born in South Africa where she lived for 30 years. She was raised in the family businesses which included a pizzeria, a bakery and has worked for a restaurant conglomerate for years. Helen is a true South African from the rainbow nation and will venture into any cuisine –as long as friends join the table and the wine is uncorked!
Together they create great tasting meals!
